I am been based in Sydney and have been involved in projects across Australia, the UK, and Southeast Asia.
My career has, for the last ten years, focussed on business leadership. I worked with an international manufacturer and supplier of heavy track maintenance equipment for seven years. Initially, working as a local representative, and moving on to establish their Australian subsidiary.
I have provided advice on track renewal processes and techniques to state government railway, managing the introduction of a product to revolutionise how track renewals are performed.
I have specialised in the management of heavy rail plant, tendering, bid management and strategy development. These elements all form part of my focus on General Management. I have managed businesses comprising highly skilled operators and maintainers operating large on track maintenance plant.
Over the last 25 years, I have worked in the rail infrastructure sector on projects from switches & crossings renewals for Network Rail to in-house business improvement, business development and business establishment. My skills and experience can help you improve how you do business or how you deliver a railway project.
